The Tea Rose Package | Starting at $1,800
This package is available for events under 100 guests with services beginning 120 days out. *

Monthly check in emails with an updated event summary, changing to weekly at 60 days.​​

1 (60 Min) Budget and Design Meeting to be scheduled within 14 days of contracting.

1 (60 Min) Venue/Vendor Confirmation Meeting to be scheduled within 30 days of contracting.​s

1 (60 Min) General Planning Meeting to be scheduled as needed.

1 (30 Min) Final Touchbase the week of the event.

Finalize event timeline and distribute to all vendors.

Unlimited email correspondence.

Customized shared spreadsheet and documents to outline budget, design, and timeline.

Manage all Vendor correspondence in the final month.

Coordinate and manage final payments for vendors and distribute gratuities as applicable.(to be supplied by the client)

The Tiger Lily Package | Starting at $2800
This package is available for all events with services beginning 360 days out.*
