Event Planning FAQ's
How soon do I need to start planning my event?​
This varies greatly depending on the scale of the event. I recommend reaching out as soon as you begin thinking about the event to see if one of our packages would be a good fit. All packages are customizable to your event timeline to ensure you are getting the best service. ​

Who will be working with me if I choose LCramer Events for my event?
I am a one woman show, so you would be working directly with me on all aspects of your event. As an individual without employees I work to keep my number of clients small to ensure I am able to focus solely on you and your event.

What are your qualifications?
I have been planning the local homeschool events since high school and have worked with many of the Madison area venues over the years. In 2022 I graduated with my BS and MS in Hospitality Management with a focus in Event Planning and Accounting. Since 2020 I have been working in the hotel industry and have experience with both Corporate & Wedding/Social Events.

​What is your working area? What if my venue is outside of the Madison Area?
My preferred working location is within the Madison area, including but not limited to, Madison, Middleton, Waunakee, Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, Monona, Stoughton, Oregon, and Verona. I am willing to commute up to 2 hours though that will be reflected in pricing, and any location greater that 2 hours would require reimbursement for overnight expenses.​

Do you have a list of recommended Vendors to choose from?

I believe that each event is unique and the best vendor for one person may not be the best for another, therefore while I am happy to share my experiences with vendors, I don't believe there is a one size fits all vendor list that is best for everyone. ​​​

Homeschool Dance FAQ's
Do I need to register my guest or can they register themselves?
​
You are welcome to register your guest with you, otherwise if they would like to register on their own that is alright too simply have them note your name on their registration form. All attendees including guests must have a ticket.

Can I come to the dance if I've graduated from high school?
​
Yes, high school alumni are welcome at the dance if they will be under 21 at the time of the dance. Additionally, Alumni from the most recent graduating class are welcome to attend and bring guests of their own. All other alumni must be registered as the guest of a homeschooled student.

What is your refund policy?
We have a NO refund policy, we offer absolutely no refunds if you are barred admittance based upon failure to comply with our code of conduct or dress code. Additionally, we offer NO refund for failure to attend based on but not limited to sickness, absence, or inclement weather. In the event that we are forced to cancel the dance, we will offer a partial refund based upon your ticket price minus administrative fees.

Are Tickets Transferable?

Tickets are not transferable, each student is registered to their own unique code. Therefore we cannot alter the student on each code. Please ensure you register your student directly through our website to ensure they are given admittance to the dance. ​​​
