We are here to partner with you from day one. Assisting with timelines, vendor coordination, and design. Our various packages are built to help you design and execute the perfect event.

Partial Event Planning

Our partial event planning services offer you the option to mix and match our services to best suit you and your event.

Day of Coordination Services

Already have your day planned, but need an extra hand running the show. Day of coordination may be just what you need to keep your event timeline on track while you and your guests enjoy the day. All day of coordination services include 2 (60 Min) virtual planning meetings + 1 (60 min) Final Touchbase in the week before the event and of course unlimited email correspondence.

  • ​Full Day (16 hrs): Starting at $1280

  • Half Day (10 hrs): Starting at $800

  • Night Before Add On (Up to 5 hours): Starting at $400

  • Late Night surcharge: $50/hour for any time after 11PM.
